UNSA ARUA DISTRICT SECRETARIAT ORIENTS NEW DISTRICT EXECUTIVES

As one of the activities to kick start work and welcome new District Executives to office, the secretariat held an intensive orientation for the new leaders who came in power late last year.

The orientation brought in place all the eleven District Executive Committee (DEC) at Mvara Senior Secondary School were the leaders were trained on areas of council business, the roles as per the portfolio and general Knowledge.

The orientation session was handled by facilitators drawn from the Alumni represented by Aldo Adomati and Abiti Michael who doubled as both alumni and Patron, Coordinator Maracha who oriented the District Executives on portfolio and Roles  while Aldo Adomati drilled the members on how to handle council business.

This day was also used to impart general knowledge and pass resolutions and strategies for the commencement of work for the new officials. The officials resolved to avert indiscipline during sports by having a peace conference to be held on 24/03/2019 at Arua Public Secondary School starting at 10:00 Am.
